Claims Mailbox (SAC)
You can also register your claim through our Customer Service System (SAC) in any of our service units in the country. To file a claim you need:
1. Go to any of our financial advisors at any regional branch of Financiera FINCA Nicaragua.
2. Ask our financial advisors to enter your claim in SAC.
3. Your claim will be registered in our system and you will be granted proof of receipt with a unique number with which you can follow up on your claim.
4. Within 5 days, Financiera FINCA Nicaragua will contact you to give you an answer; however, if the claim requires it, you will be informed if the deadline is extended.
5. If you are dissatisfied with the answer, you can go to the Superintendency of Banks and Other Financial Institutions in the country.
